Obtained a Diploma in Conference Interpreting at the SSIT in Milan and went on to graduate in foreign languages and literature from the IULM (Istituto Universitario Lingue Moderne).
More than 1400 days interpreting experience, comprising simultaneous, consecutive and chuchotage, working at meetings, international conferences, video conferences, training seminars, visits to companies, cinema festivals and literary events.
Worked over recent years mainly for the European Institutions having been accredited in 1999: the European Commission, the European Parliament, the Council of Ministers of the European Union and the European Court of Justice.
Gained specialised experience in a variety of areas among which: EU issues, industrial relations, the Social Dialogue, training, finance, economy, marketing, psychology, architecture, town planning, transport, the Law and veterinary medicine.
1993-1999: Taught interpreting at MLSIT in Varese.
1998 – Teach consecutive and simultaneous interpreting in the Department of Languages of the Fondazione Scuole Civiche di Milano Language courses and Masters in Interpreting courses.
